30 DAY TRIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, each customer understands and agrees that:
The 30 Day Trial Offer lets you try the product in your home for 30 calendar days following the initial Trial Offer payment (plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges, if any). The Trial Offer Period begins on the day that you receive your product.
Returns
If you are not happy with the product, you may return it to us during the 30 Day Trial Offer Period with no additional payment obligations and a full refund of your trial payment. Any sales tax paid will be refunded to you. However, while we provide one-way shipping to you free of charge, the customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. These costs vary by carrier and location. Failure to ship the product to us prior to the expiration of the Trial Offer Period constitutes your acceptance of the product and your agreement to make any and all remaining payments due.
Payment
The Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express® credit or debit card provided to us at time of purchase will be billed when your order ships (plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges, if any).
Pay in Full
If you do not ship the product back to us during the 30 Day Trial Offer Period, your credit or debit card provided to us at time of purchase has been charged the total amount due in accordance with the product model selected when your order shipped and you will have no further payment obligations.
Multi-Payments
If you do not ship the product back to us during the 30 Day Trial Offer Period, the remaining payment(s) will be charged each month to the credit or debit card provided by you. The first payment will be charged when your order ships and then every 30 days thereafter until the completion, or early payment of, the total amount due in accordance with the product model selected. For additional information or assistance with early payment, please contact customer service. There is no penalty for early payment.
