A. Our 30-Day Risk Free Trial Offer lets you try the Gazelle Glider in your home for 30 days with a single payment of just $14.95.

Q. When does my 30-Day Trial begin?
A. Your 30-Day Trial begins on the day that you receive your Gazelle Glider.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. If you selected the 30-Day Trial Payment Plan, the remaining payments will be charged each month to the credit card you’ve provided, beginning 30 days after the first charge and every 30 days thereafter until the completion of your payment plan.

Q. Can I pay off my Gazelle Glider early?
A. Yes, you can always pay-off your Gazelle Glider payment plan early with no penalty by contacting customer service.

Q. Do you accept debit cards?
A. Yes, we accept all credit or debit cards containing either the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo.

Q. If I would like to return my Gazelle Glider within the 30-Day Trial Period, am I responsible for return shipping?
A. In order to give you the opportunity to try the Gazelle Glider, we ship the Gazelle Glider to your home free of charge. However, if you decide to return the Gazelle Glider the return shipping costs are not covered and will be your sole responsibility.

Q. How much will the return shipping cost?
A. Unfortunately, it is not possible to estimate, as return shipping costs vary by carrier and location.

Q. Is my Gazelle Glider covered by a Warranty?
A. Yes. Every Gazelle Glider is covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty.
